Over the past 5–6 years, I’ve collaborated with Shirin Yarahchian—a talented pastry artist—on multiple occasions, photographing her handcrafted sweets, cakes, and desserts. These seasonal projects, often tied to occasions like Nowruz or Yalda, allowed me to explore the visual charm of pastry photography—where composition, texture, and light all work together to convey taste.
